For lesions requiring removal — basal cell carcinomas, squamous cell carcinomas, melanomas, and other suspicious lesions — Dr Pin performs excisions with layered closures designed to minimise scarring. Surgery and pathology are coordinated from a single clinic.
Cosmetic Mole Removal

A note on fees: Skin cancer checks and surgical procedures at this clinic attract a private fee. Medicare rebates apply to consultations and surgical items where clinically indicated. Cosmetic mole removal is not Medicare-rebatable. Fees are discussed at the time of booking.
Most cosmetic treatments are well tolerated. Depending on the treatment, a topical numbing cream or local anaesthetic may be used to minimise discomfort. Dr Pin will explain what to expect for your specific treatment during your consultation.
An initial consultation typically takes around 30 minutes, allowing sufficient time to discuss your concerns, assess your skin and facial structure, and talk through suitable options. Treatment appointments are scheduled separately and vary in length depending on the approach recommended.
In accordance with TGA advertising guidelines introduced in March 2024, clinics are not permitted to publish lists of specific cosmetic treatments or associated pricing. We are very happy to discuss which treatments may be appropriate for you, along with associated costs, during a consultation.
